What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, differentiated Secondary lessons across subjects
• Create a safe, encouraging space for students to learn and grow
• Help students build confidence in their abilities and work towards their academic goals
• Work collaboratively with an experienced, supportive team
• Be a positive influence, helping students not only academically, but emotionally too

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Secondary-level students
• A motivating, adaptable, and compassionate teaching style
• A passion for inclusive education and helping students overcome barriers to learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

While experience working with SEMH students is helpful, your enthusiasm, patience, and belief in every student's potential is what will truly set you apart.
